Robotized workstation for palletizing  powder and granulated sugar is designed for palletizing different bags with robot.. Robot ABB IRB 660 is equipped with gripper and takes packeges from three diferent production lines. (powder sugar in foil, sachet sugar in cartoons, granulated sugar in bags).

Activity of workers at work is focused on the use of machines, for taking pallets filled with sugar using a forklift, to replenish pallet and relocation paper in magazine.

Every production line has end roller conveyor. There is also three output roller conveyors on whitch robot itself put EUR pallet and paper relocation from magazin. Robot itself put paper relocation on every layer.
